Once upon a time in Navi Mumbai a new age agency was born. Christened The Information Company, its baby steps took it to some of the biggest and best business houses. Twenty-five years later, TIC is partnering a galaxy of companies and has acquired a name as an excellent corporate storyteller.

What’s our story? As I stand at this vantage point and look back, some vivid images from our history come to mind. The earliest memories are of the year 2000, when we designed tata.com. We were working partly from our house and partly from somebody’s flat. Many a late night was spent creating the website, very often with the client team working side by side with us. The camaraderie that developed then has endured till today. Our efforts surpassed expectations and tata.com became a benchmark for corporate websites.

Many websites later, our portfolio expanded to include stellar clients for internal communication, authored articles, books, videos, podcasts – in fact the whole gamut of digital communication offerings. We won awards and accolades and won our spurs for telling stories that make an impact.

It is the spirit of ownership and personal responsibility that characterises all of us in TIC. It is this spirit that has seen us face a myriad challenges and emerge stronger.

It’s been an eventful journey and as we now draw our roadmap for the next 25 years, our collective excitement has doubled. We are now seasoned communicators and the future beckons with new opportunities. We have already started befriending new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. These tools enhance our content skills and, coupled with our expertise and experience, help us to craft great leadership communication.

A related area which is opening new doors for us is understanding and creating great user experiences with UX/UI Design Strategy. With netizens becoming increasingly more discerning, it's critically important for websites to attract and retain the right visitors. We are helping our clients to do this by creating brand experiences that attract and engage the user and thereby expand business.

What will be the strengths that are going to lead us through the future? That’s easy. First and foremost, it is the spirit of ownership and personal responsibility that characterises all of us in TIC. It is this spirit that has seen us face a myriad challenges and emerge stronger. Add to that the team spirit with which we tackle each project. We have always been a very customer focused and ethical company and, in the future, we will continue to embody and uphold these values.

Be there to celebrate this and future milestone anniversaries as we soar to new heights!
